  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: DzyrePlay is a subscription-based Video on Demand platform that offers a wide variety of audio-visual content, including but not limited to web series, short films, trailers, clips and content from genres like horror, suspense thriller, drama, comedy and more.

    Use of the Services (including access to Content, Live Streaming Services, Chat with Celebrities) is subject to compliance with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully for information on our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.

    We reserve the right to modify, alter, add or remove clauses from these Terms at any time, with such changes taking effect immediately. Kindly check the Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes binding acceptance.

    These Terms of Use apply to all users of the DzyrePlay App and website, which may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites and disclaim all liability in this regard.     All videos/text/images/software, products, and services offered through the DzyrePlay App or website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DzyrePlay makes no warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. These Terms govern your use of our website/app www.dzyreplay.co.in and the DzyrePlay App.

    You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use our services. If you're using the services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you're authorized to do so. Use must comply with all applicable laws and our policies.

OWNERSHIP AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS: The Site and app, including all graphics, audio, video, content, and intellectual property, are owned by DzyrePlay and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, download, modify, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the content, except as expressly authorized.

    All user-generated content created on DzyrePlay is the intellectual property of Collective Cut.
  3. CONSENT: By using the app or website, you consent to these Terms and the DzyrePlay Policy. If you disagree, please stop using our services immediately. Participation in contests or other offerings may require additional guidelines.
  4. AGE RESTRICTION: You must be at least 7 years old to use the platform (except for 18+ content). You are solely responsible for ensuring your age meets the requirements.

Fees are billed according to your chosen plan and payment method and are non-refundable. We do not store your financial information and are not liable for related losses. Disputes regarding payments should be directed to the respective third-party payment processor.
  8. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: All payments are final and non-refundable, even if the subscription is cancelled or modified. In case of technical glitches, your bank should automatically reverse the transaction. DzyrePlay may review refund requests at its sole discretion.
  9. AVAILABILITY & QUALITY: Content availability may change, and video quality depends on your device, location, and internet speed. You are responsible for your internet charges.
  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: DzyrePlay is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
